JD: .Net Technical Lead

• Lead should have 10+ years of experience in .NET with SQL scripting knowledge.
• Adhere to Application Engineering methodologies, standards, code reviews.
• Provide feedback regarding application standards and leading practices when appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Assign tasks to developers.
• Review code completed.
• Review performance of developers.
• 2+ years of experience in .Net core
• Must have working experience in TDD, Nhibernate/Entity Framework, CQRS and mediatR patterns, Swagger/Postman
• Must have strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and should have hands-on experience.
• 2+ Years of experience in REST API
• Must have the working experience in Asp.Net MVC core, preferably for more than a year
• Must have the working experience in Swagger/Postman
• Good to have experience in Openshift
• Good to have experience in Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus and Docker
• Languages: c#, .NET 6, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, Nhibernate             
• Databases: SQL
• SCM: GIT
• Excellent working knowledge of data bases/logical data Organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Insurance domain
• Familiarity with Agile, preferably in scrum.
• Communication with client technical architect and lead related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set.
• Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions
