Job Description
Leading the technical team responsible for:1. Technical Support and escalation to vendor2. Release Management3. Infrastructure (Solutions are SaaS, however some servers are Pharmaceutical)4. Security5. Interfaces (HR, Medical Device, Lab Tests)6. Application Configuration2. Assistance with application and development troubleshooting3. Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master on alignment with project objectives

Core .NET Technologies, SAP ERP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHSM)

10 & Above
Cority Software Experience (strongly desired but not mandatory)2. Team Leadership3. Problem solving skills self-driven4. Good communication skills, ability to work directly with business representatives5. Standard Working Hours any US time zone6. Windows Server basic knowledge (scheduler, configuration, BAT files)7.
