NetSuite Delivery Lead

Job Description:

Sr. NetSuite Delivery Lead with a Techno-Functional background for a 6+ month remote contract assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge, along with experience in project delivery teams to help implement solutions related to supply chain expansion projects. This role will require a deep understanding of NetSuite capabilities as well as the ability to integrate with other applications seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end implementation projects as an implementation lead, delivery lead, Scrum Master, and/or Project Manager, leveraging NetSuite expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that extend beyond NetSuite, integrating with other applications as needed.

· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on NetSuite functionality, providing guidance and best practices to both clients and internal teams.

· Manage the implementation team, providing direction and support to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

· Facilitate communication between technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

· Utilize accounting, order management, and warehouse management system (WMS) experience to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs in these areas.

· Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

· Stay informed about the latest NetSuite updates and enhancements, evaluating their impact on client solutions and recommending appropriate actions.

· Provide training and support to clients as needed, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and ongoing success post-implementation.

Qualifications:

· 7+ years of experience in implementing NetSuite solutions, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects.

· Strong understanding of accounting, order management, procurement, and warehouse management processes.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid agile environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
