The ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting the internal Information Technology team in the development and implementation of the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the business and its alignment to ERP functionality. Drive ERP project outcomes.
Collaborate on administration, implementations and system upgrades as required
Work with IT business analysts, SMEs, and business stakeholders to solicit and analyze business requirements and desired results
Create functional and technical specifications documents
Lead User Acceptance Testing and data validation efforts with appropriate key users.
Create and maintain system documentation & training guides and deliver training to end users
Serve as an expert for the resolution of complex user, application, and process issues
Create and maintain system documentation & training guides and deliver training to end users
Manage ERP security including user security audit
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ERP system support as required
Other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
1-3+ years’ related work experience required, with demonstrated track record of successful project management of ERP implementation preferred
Experience with business process mapping and documentation
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with GxP, SOX, and privacy regulation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) requirements
Experience with management of computer related implementation projects in a regulated environment
Experience with ERP implementation
Hands on experience with implementations and/or support of Net Suite and/or MS Business Central a plus
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills
