Principal Responsibilities: Serve as the ERP Manager supporting Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Partner with peers in integrating IT solutions and processes into the ERP solution. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to determine systems roadmap priorities for Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain solutions. Act as an internal advisor to align processes and systems capabilities with industry best practices. Manage internal and contractor staff who support Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems capabilities. Establish service level and systems reliability metrics and ensure consistent attainment. Lead systems and vendor evaluation efforts for Business Partner Data and Applications. Required Educations, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors relating to supply chain, quality management, packaging, business, computer science or similar fields of study. At least seven (7) years of experience supporting ERP systems/platforms, with direct knowledge of NetSuite At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the pharmaceuticals, medical device, or life science industry. Working knowledge of GLP, GDP and GMP, including Computer Systems Validation Prior hands-on experience with ERP Management, including oversight of Administration, Enhancements, and Operations Ability to translate complex business problems into solutions. Business process design and documentation skills. At least two (2) years of implementation and people leadership. Preferred Skills and Experience: Prior experience working in a lean IT organization where each person must apply diverse skills and take responsibility for multiple processes and systems. Business or IT consulting experience, especially related to business and systems transformation initiatives. Project management experience and certifications. Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications.
