1. Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
2. Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in house servers.
3. Ensure network security and connectivity
4. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
5. Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
6. Resolve problems reported by end user.
7. Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
