Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Network Administration
2-5 years of Information Technology experience with network technologies, including (but not limited to) TCP/IP, and related network tools and concepts.
Maintain and Administer Windows servers both physical and VM.
Perform daily system monitoring, verify availability of all servers, and review system and application logs.
Apply OS patches and upgrades as required.
Monitor and administer daily backups.
Configure, maintain, and administer all PCs and laptops.
Provide end-user support for PCs, Macs, and printers.
Maintain and Administer network equipment, including the firewall, switches, and physical hardware for VMWare.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to servers, network equipment, and PCs.
Manage Active Directory and DNS. Create, delete, and change user security.
Manage and configure DNS, IIS, SSL, and domain registration for all websites.
Manage and maintain the company phone system.
Work with hardware and software vendors to resolve issues.
Desktop and laptop repairs when out of manufacturer warranty.
Wireless device management
Other essential tasks as assigned.
Nice to have:
Knowledge to manage and troubleshoot Sophos, HP switches, VMWare, O365
Bachelor's degree is preferred or applicable industry experience.
Working knowledge of Motorola and/or Datalogic handheld RF devices.
Set up and configuration of email on mobile devices.
RJ45/patch panel termination.
Setup and troubleshoot VPN.
Basic Photoshop skills.
