Position: Reliability Network Analyst

Location: Memphis,TN (onsite from day 1 )

Experience in end-to-end application and infrastructure monitoring administration. Understanding industry standard monitoring best practices and proven experience on its implementation.
Experience in how IT environments are managed through the IT service delivery process, not only hardware or end-user compute.
Someone experienced that will hit the ground running and bringing their expertise to elevate the team.

Top 3-5 skills needed to be successful in the role

Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring, per the JD.

Five (5) + years of experience in proven ability with application and infrastructure monitoring platform administration.

For example, expertise with platforms such as ScienceLogic, DataDog, LogicMonitor, etc. that look at the totality of an IT environment as opposed to just end-user computing.

Experience in IT service delivery, SDLC, DevOps, per the JD.

Five (5) + years of experience in-depth knowledge acquired through a bachelor's degree in business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with significant years of hands-on experience in computer systems.

For example, experience with the management of complex IT systems through the application of advanced IT concepts like engineering and programming.

Experience with engineering/programming, per the JD.

Responsibilities encompass advanced tasks such as configuring sophisticated monitoring tools, monitoring the performance of critical hosts and services, and developing automation scripts for process optimization.

For example, knowledge of scripting like Python, SQL, PowerShell to develop these automations and process optimizations and not just automations through a GUI (PowerAutomate).
