The role is responsible for provide managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and operational through proactively monitoring , identifying . investigating and resolving technical incident and problem and to restore service to clients by managing to resolution . Their primary objective is to proactively  review client request and tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching SLA .
Technical skills – Hand on experience ( 3 to 15 Years)  on Cisco Unified communication  Manager( CUCM) , CUC , UCCX , CUBE , Voice Gateway , SIP  and AudioCode  Session border controller (SBC) .
Add on Skills- routing and switching , firewall .
