Job Responsibilities Include:
Provides solution support for one or more specialized business systems/applications
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on end-user needs or technical needs, and a thorough understanding of business systems/applications and industry requirements
Partners with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Ensures that solutions are architected and designed in an optimum way to achieve the expected levels of functionality and quality
Develops best practices focused on growth, scalability, and efficiency/repeatability
Supports business development activities by collaborating and providing the required inputs into opportunities for prospective and existing clients, including estimation and costing
Serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business operations, and IT teams
Communicates at all levels of the organization and is a trusted advisor for clients and leadership
Provides coaching for others, including support and mentoring of less experienced team members

We are currently looking for a Technical Services (TS) Implementation Engineer to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

What we expect you to do:
Current State Assessments on client systems

Project Deployment services, but not limited to:
Implementations of a variety of Network Infrastructure and Network Security technologies.
Pre-Sales where required from business
Deployment or Upgrading of systems
Management of high and low-level designs documents (High Level Design/Scope of Work and Low-level designs/deployment build)
Act as Project Lead or Technical Lead when required
Client engagement and presentation skills

Assisting with Transitions including, but not limited to:
New Client Take on processes
Contract Renewals
Due Diligence
Available as technical escalation point for other Engineers
Facilitate and participate in Master Classes on specific technology areas
Facilitate and participate in Communities of Practice
Standardization of all required documentation
Adhering to vendor best practice standards

Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job:
7 - 10 years’ relevant technical experience including but not limited to:
Operational Support/ Enterprise Services at senior level
Design/Architecture
Services/Project Delivery
Project scoped technical services deployments/major version upgrades/ migrations (Design/Build/Deploy)
