Pay: $115K - $120K, W2, full benefits

Summary:
The Consulting Engineers will produce Design and Engineering Documents, provide ongoing Knowledge Transfer to the IRS Government and Contractor workforce, implement IRS-required change control procedures, and support all mandates related to how Voice and Video communications function in the IRS. As the IRS has implemented one of the largest UCCE Contact Center environments in the US, some limited ad hoc support of the calling infrastructure in this environment is also expected. This may include customer scripting to support CUBE SBC communications, UCS hardware deployments in support of Virtual Voice Browsing (VVB) components, and CUCM in the Contact Center infrastructure.
