Mandatory Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major such as Computer Science or Networking, Telecommunications, Information systems.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering & Datacenter Networking.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst series switches, and ISR/ASR Routers.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience installing and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Sophos Firewalls.
  • 3+ years' experience with log and monitoring aggregation tools such as Armis, Splunk, SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark.
  • Must have strong experience and understanding of Cisco AnyConnect VPN (ASA/FirePower), Site to Site VPN, Palo Alto Networks (FW/VPN).
  • Strong understanding of secure access solutions such as NAC/AAA and experience with Cisco ISE.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) as well as High Availability (HA) and Quality of Service (QoS).
  • Strong understanding of Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco WiFi troubleshooting, Cisco VOIP, and Multicast troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to commute to various remote sites for rack and stack, installation of network equipment for IT M&A Projects, Integration, AppTracking, SecureShield, and various IT initiatives.
  • Cisco CCNP and PCNSE Certification.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Network Data Admin to join our team in Irvine, CA. This role demands a strong background in network engineering and datacenter networking. As a Network Data Admin, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your extensive experience with network technologies, including Cisco Nexus, Catalyst switches, and ISR/ASR Routers.
  • Managing the installation and configuration of Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Sophos Firewalls.
  • Handling log and monitoring aggregation tools such as Armis, Splunk, SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of secure access solutions, including NAC/AAA and Cisco ISE.
  • Applying your in-depth knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and expertise in High Availability (HA) and Quality of Service (QoS).
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining network technologies like Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco WiFi, Cisco VOIP, and Multicast.
  • Being willing to commute to various remote sites for rack and stack activities, network equipment installation, and support for IT M&A Projects, Integration, AppTracking, SecureShield, and other IT initiatives.
  • Holding Cisco CCNP and PCNSE certifications to validate your expertise.
