Responsibilities

 

1.           Adhering to SLAs

2.           Mentoring / Training Team Members

3.           Handling high priority tickets / requests

4.           Perform root cause analysis

5.           Troubleshooting technical issues

6.           Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to

7.           Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration  and migration

8.           Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA

9.           Understanding of Multi-geo support environment

10.         Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction

11.         Suggests new technologies and design changes

12.         Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members

Qualifications   

 

1.           Min 8+ years of Network administration experience in large enterprise environment

2.           Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certifications

3.           Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business continuity and Disaster recovery

4.           Expertise in the analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN/WAN architecture and good experience on IP services.

5.           Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

6.           Experience in representation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

7.           In depth understand and troubleshooting skills for data centers Technologies (vPC, VDC, OTV, FEX)

8.           Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco devise (Routers Switches l2/l3) Excellent hands-on on Cisco

9.           Excellent hands-on in Cisco WLC/Access point

10.         Should have excellent knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Meraki Wi-Fi networks

11.         Handling escalated troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN

12.         Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switches

13.         Excellent hands-on experience on Wireless LAN technologies – Cisco and Aruba

14.         Excellent hands-on experience on WAN Acceleration/optimization Riverbed

15.         Network Management tools – SolarWinds, HPNNMi or Splunk

16.         Application Load balancers F5 Big IP LTM/GTM or Citrix NetScaler

17.         Hands-on experience of implementing & Troubleshoot of Infoblox solutions such as IPAM/DHCP/DNS/vDiscovery

18.         Hands on Experience on DHCP scope creation, DHCP option management understanding about servers, and windows platform

19.         Should have Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project.  knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA's, documentation, Knowledge Bank.

20.         Experience in AWS or AZURE or any cloud technologies will be an added advantage
