Support the Aruba wireless and Clearpass technologies.

Determine wireless network requirements and design solutions to meet business needs

Collaborate with teams from various departments to successfully implement wireless network projects

Analyze network performance and address any issues that may occur.

Stay informed about current industry trends and effective practices to ensure Vanguard's wireless network remains competitive and modern.

Excellent communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Proven experience in designing and implementing wireless network solutions

Strong knowledge of wireless network protocols and technologies

Aruba certifications (ACNT, ACCA) preferred.

Candidate must be able to support off-hours production elevations to minimize service disruption.
