Network Engineer

About the Role:

Looking for a Network Engineer responsible for building, operating, and maintaining network devices installed in Virginia DC, supporting activities related with the project, that include configure routing protocols , provide network information, configuring ports, vlan extension etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work well with others team members

The ability to clearly and effectively communicate through verbal and written means

Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team

Create complete end-to-end plans including designs and/or upgrades for enterprise-wide LANs/WANs

Coordinate any modifications to the network environment with other IT departments, and change management

Experience developing Concepts of Operation, Requirements, Basis of Design, and critical design documents and drawings

Ability to perform fault isolation and resol

Assist with life-cycle management evaluations and recommendations

Experience designing and operating networks using routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, route leaking, route redistribution, route-maps etc. Wan technologies, mpls, DMVPN , vrf etc

Experience with network management applications and related protocols such as SNMP and Netflow, SolarWinds,NetBrain, Wireshark

Support for change control after hours or/and over the weeked
