We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer with a CCNP or CCIE Service Provider certification and significant experience in service provider environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our clients and improve network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust network solutions that meet business and client needs, leveraging advanced routing and switching technologies.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of network services.
• Best Practices: Develop and enforce network standards and best practices to improve operational efficiency and security.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior network engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications: Current CCNP or CCIE Service Provider certification is required.
