Network engineer (DOCsis and cms)

Job role: Network engineer 

Location: Brampton ON_Onsite

DOCSIS Support Systems Specialist

Role: Support the Project Comet (Comcast DAA) integration, lab and trial validation, and Production deployment of all DOCSIS support systems including but not limited to DNS, DHCP (for both CM and RPD), Cable Modem Provisioning system (PCP/PNR or equivalent), Metering platform (L1 IPDR sorter / receiver or equivalent), Firmware Management system, and Kubernetes OS / COTS Server.

Requirement :

Must have: 5-10 years of working experience in these DOCSIS and Cable Modem supporting system,

Working experience in new technology integration and introduction.

Must have working understanding and working experience with DNS, DHCP, PCP/PNR (BAC/CNR).

Working experience with Kubernetes OS and COTS server in cloud compute environment will be a plus.

Capability to work in lab setting, design, testing, validation and support.
