Must-Have Skills

Strong Network Engineering Background: Proven experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, with a focus on routing, switching, VPNs, and security.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto networking equipment, including firewalls.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

SD-WAN & SASE: Familiarity with SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Networking) and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) concepts and technologies.
Security Background: Understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement network configurations and designs that support the next-generation workspace.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, escalating as needed.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the planning and provisioning of new network infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to network security policies and compliance requirements.
Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends.

Qualifications

Proficient in Multiple Infrastructure Technologies: Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of network infrastructure.
Technical Knowledge:
Hardware Architecture: Experience with performance testing, monitoring, and operations.
Hardware Benchmarking: Understanding of Agile methodologies, program management, and network management.
Design: Knowledge of compliance and security principles.
Network Engineering: Experience in network planning and provisioning.
Best Practices & Policies: Adheres to industry best practices and company policies.
