Shift time- 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM I.S.T
Location- Noida
The Network Engineer will be responsible for support of Client networks
The Network Engineer must have the skill sets, knowledge, and capability to review existing customer environments and make well qualified troubleshooting decisions
In addition, the Network Engineer must be able to put into practice the remediations made
This position requires great customer service skills
Skills / Qualification
Comprehensively understand customer initiatives, objectives, challenges, and inhibitors as well as functional and non-functional requirements
Providing thought leadership and drive support/troubleshooting efforts associated with Cisco and Meraki solutions to meet the desired objectives
Must be able to work with customers to provide diagnosis, remediation, best practices, and direction to complex problems
Expert level in designing routing and switching. Should know routing protocols and how to apply the best protocol to the needed solution. BGP, OSPF, IGRP/EIGRP
Excellent understanding of Cisco Firewalls, NSX distributed Firewalls. Palo Alto is a plus.
Experience with SDWAN design and deploy with Viptella, Meraki and VeloCloud.
Expert level in layer 2, layer 3 design and support.
Ability to work in both individual and team settings.
Must possess strong ability to visually proposed solutions using graphics tools such as Visio
Must possess strong documentation skills and be well-versed in word for conveying and documenting root cause analysis
Provide mentoring and professional development guidance to peer consultants
Highly analytical and able to resolve complex technical problems as required
Manages escalations to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all issues
Capable of providing general business and technology troubleshooting; must be comfortable with data center multiple technologies and multiple client-side teams ABILITY
Strong customer verbal and presentation skills, ability to present and communicate at all levels. Passion for problem solving.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Preferred
Large and/or Medium scale infrastructure experience.
CCIE RS, CCIE SEC preferred but will consider CCNP RS, SEC, Wireless.
Knowledge of data center management, systems management, and monitoring, networking and security.
Professional services experience in an enterprise environment is a plus.
Technical degree (CS / IT / Eng / ITSec) or equivalent experience.
