Network Engineer- Saudi

You will be working as an on-site operational resource, typically as part of a team, to provide product specific expertise in support of the customer's operational or engineering requirements.

Works closely with customer and Juniper Technical Assistance Center to resolve issues.
Acts as a change management engineer for Juniper Networks support and development teams.
Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Certification: CCIE/JNCIE-SP.
Number of experienced years: > 5.
Grade 6.
Well situated in Fixed and Mobile BB structure and data flow.
Work on 24/7 shifts that include Mornings/evenings/Nights.
Work with an operation manager/team leader and other professional services consultants providing industry leading technical services to both the customer and partner
Understand the customer’s organizational structure and to be familiar with the network implementation, support processes and procedures.
Ability to provide high degree of verification and validation techniques to obtain and operate streamline network.
Participate in conducting regular network audits and point out weak points, and solve them.
Familiar with PAT process and be able to address all constraints with design team and partners.
Customer trusted advisor and articulates network issues in a very professional and cost effective way.
Troubleshoot Hardware and network problems and to track JTAC critical (P1/P2) cases through out to problem resolution.
Produce a written summary report of the status of equipment and network problems on a regular basis to the customer.
Develop secondary skills in other products in the Juniper product portfolio.
Has a good implementation skills and experience
Aware about the project management lifecycle
Developed excellent skills in reviewing design and implementation documents.
The ideal candidate for this role should be able to demonstrate most of following skills:
Professional knowledge of Routing Protocols, for example BGP/ISIS/OSPF, Switching Networks & hands on troubleshooting of networks.
Professional knowledge of Layer-2 and -3 VPNs and MPLS applications
Professional knowledge of Juniper Networks SRX, M-, MX- and T-series architectures
Strong scripting and automation skills
Knowledge of the backbone IP/MPLS infrastructure, IGW, network services and mobile packet core for mobile operators would be a significant advantage
Working in a service provider environment
Strong presentation skills.
Telco Cloud and DataCenters.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, along with good personal organizational skills and the ability to provide leadership for front line Technical Support Engineers. 
A solid customer service attitude is required with strong English language skills.
