Network Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Network Engineers to join our team for a large-scale migration project from Palo Alto to Fortigate. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Palo Alto to Fortigate migrations and hold an active CCNA Certificate. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful migration of network infrastructure while maintaining high levels of security, reliability, and performance. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, design, and implement the migration strategy from Palo Alto to Fortigate firewall infrastructure. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network architects, security specialists, and project managers to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. 3. Conduct thorough assessments of existing network configurations, policies, and security protocols to identify potential risks and challenges. 4. Configure and deploy Fortigate firewall solutions based on project requirements and industry best practices. 5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution during the migration process. 6. Document all migration activities, including network diagrams, configuration changes, and troubleshooting procedures. 7. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders throughout the migration project. 8. Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in network security and firewall management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on firewall management and network security. 3. Prior experience with large-scale migrations from Palo Alto to Fortigate firewall solutions is highly desirable. 4. Active CCNA Certificate is a must-have requirement. 5. Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, VLANs, and subnetting. 6. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and IPSec tunnels. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 8. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Note : Must have certification of CCNA Certificate
