·        Wireless Network technology, especially Cisco, and especially where management

·        Iimplementing QoS initiatives to support video and voice communications
·        Implementing and supporting BGP Firewall administration and configuration with sophisticated understanding of ports, protocols, and routing and switching in a firewalled, wide-area network
·        VMware
·        Microsoft Active Directory – experience with design, migrations, use of elements like group policies
·        Understanding of communications/telecommunications circuits Building and mainteaining networks to meet compliance with NIST, FISMA and other certifications,standards, and guidance
