About the Role:

Title : Network Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Network Engineer with Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related with more than 3 years experience. Network Engineer , will be responsible for building, operating, and maintaining network devices installed in Virginia DC, supporting activities related with the project, that include configure routing protocols , provide network information, configuring ports, VLAN extension etc. Supporting migration from Denver to Richardson DC.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.

Create complete end-to-end plans including designs and/or upgrades for enterprise-wide LANs/WANs.

Coordinate any modifications to the network environment with other IT departments, and change management.

Experience developing Concepts of Operation, Requirements, Basis of Design, and critical design documents and drawings.

Ability to perform fault isolation and resolution in a methodical, thorough manner.

Assist with life-cycle management evaluations and recommendations.

Experience designing and operating networks using routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, route leaking, route redistribution, route-maps etc. Wan technologies, MPLS, DMVPN , VRF etc.

Experience installing, configuring and maintaining cisco switches Catalyst 9000 Series and Nexus, StackWise, protocols like STP, RSTP, MSTP, PVST, R-PVST, PVST. VPC

Experience with network management applications and related protocols such as SNMP and Netflow, SolarWinds, NetBrain, Wireshark.

Support for change control after hours or/and over the weekeed.

Valid Cisco certifications including, CCNA and CCNP are highly desirable.

Location : Dallas TX (2 to 3 days/Week)
