JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1st/2nd line technical support & incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. Report and track carrier issues, hardware RMA’s etc.
Operational network maintenance activities and low-level changes (as scheduled by Service Assurance & Engineering teams)
Monitoring & fault management and remediation of alerts. Tuning & optimization for monitoring systems
Assist with root cause analysis for high profile incidents.
Assist with periodic network reviews and analysis (as scheduled by Service Assurance & Engineering teams)
Assist with the establishment of operational procedures & support documentation.
Review, track and update network operations policies, standards, and documentation
Assist with development of the network management platform adoption, configuration, and tuning.
Daily network checks and operational handover duties
First level of support for network issues and outages
Expected to be familiar with Change management and Incident management process and priorities.
Assist with low complex service requests related to different technologies in use.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
8+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure operations/support role
Knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols
Experience with various Cisco equipment (routers, switches)
Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators a plus
Basic switching experience: Routing, Switching, BGP & OSPF protocol hands-on.
F5 Load Balancing: LTM & GTM
Scripting with Zscaler proxy services
Hands on Data Center network experience; NX series, Spine, and Leaf, VXLAN, VPC knowledge
CCNA Network certification
Excellent relationship building and communication and documentation skills
