2. Installs, configures, and maintains a variety of network infrastructure devices and services.
3. Responds to, troubleshoots, and resolves network issues within the LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
4. Travels to key network locations to assist with installations or hands-on troubleshooting as needed.
5. Additional duties as assigned.
6. Leads network projects to improve services, implement new capabilities, and/or remediate problem areas.
7. Serves as technical mentor to other engineers and administrators with engineering and troubleshooting.
8. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on a variety of corporate projects regarding networking activities.
9. Prepares documentation of network activities such as configurations, diagrams, spreadsheets, and tickets.
10. Adheres to the change control process by documenting, coordinating, and scheduling network activities.
