Job Description

Top Must Have’s: The role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Element’s Windows server infrastructure.

• 1 Broad technical knowledge and experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco platforms including, but not limited to, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco ISR routers, and NX-OS switching platforms 
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting networking protocols (IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, FHRP, WLAN solutions, QoS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP technologies and Ethernet switching solutions) across multiple platforms deployed in the Element network estate 
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting firewalls e.g. SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco FTD 
• Experience in Network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds or Zabbix Candidate MUST have good communication skills and be a strong team contributor.
