Hands-on experienced in troubleshooting on Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms, Cisco Firepower Series

Firewalls, Aruba (Wireless AP and Controllers), Juniper Firewalls, Cyberoam Firewalls, Cisco unified

computing platforms, Dell unified switches, Virtualization platform related network, VMware NSX

Hands-on experienced in Cisco ACI (APIC), Cisco SDA (DNAC)
Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Well versed with ITIL V3 approach. (Incident, Service Request and Change Management processes
