Network Security Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Must have 5+ years of experience working as Palo Alto Engineer (Mandatory).
• Knowledge and experience installing and supporting Palo Alto Security Appliances
• Experience of installing Cisco and HP networking equipment.
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer 7-8 (PCNSE7-8) certification preferred.
• CCNP certified (or higher)
• Data knowledge of protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, SPT, TRUNKS, VLANs, Port-Channel, Static routing o Networking topologies and protocols. Examples being MPLS, VRF, SIP, Traffic Shaping / QoS o Palo Alto Command line Cisco command line.
• Must have a good networking background and understanding.
• A high level of Palo Alto expertise in design, configuration, migrations, and tuning.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Must be flexible to work outside of business hours as per business requirement.
