Job Description:
Must-Have :

  • (Ideally should not be more than 5-7)
  • 5+ years of experience in Network support
  • Hands on work experience in Cisco Products (Nexus Switches, Cisco 6500 switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points and Cisco Meraki)
  • Hands on work experience in Juniper Products (EX and QFX switches and MX Series router)
  • Hands on experience in Wireless troubleshooting – Cisco WLC and Meraki
  • Hands on experience in Routing Protocol – BGP and OSPF
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing Network issues.
  • Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
  • Coordinate with Customer Local Site Contact for Hardware/cabling/ WAN link related issues

Required Technical Skill Set :

  • Routing, Switching (Cisco, Juniper, Meraki)

Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge in Client Access Points
  •  Knowledge in F5 Load Balancer
  • CCNP and above Certification
  • ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and change Management disciplines.
