Job Description:
Must-Have :
- (Ideally should not be more than 5-7)
- 5+ years of experience in Network support
- Hands on work experience in Cisco Products (Nexus Switches, Cisco 6500 switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points and Cisco Meraki)
- Hands on work experience in Juniper Products (EX and QFX switches and MX Series router)
- Hands on experience in Wireless troubleshooting – Cisco WLC and Meraki
- Hands on experience in Routing Protocol – BGP and OSPF
- Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing Network issues.
- Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
- Coordinate with Customer Local Site Contact for Hardware/cabling/ WAN link related issues
Required Technical Skill Set :
- Routing, Switching (Cisco, Juniper, Meraki)
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge in Client Access Points
- Knowledge in F5 Load Balancer
- CCNP and above Certification
- ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and change Management disciplines.
