• Japanese or Japanese speaker
• Creating and maintaining overall network, switching, wireless, security architecture and design documentation including IP address list, circuit list and client’s spare device lists.
• Assisting client’s IT management by evaluating client’s network tower architect, standard setting/policies, and technology choice.
• Assisting client’s IT management by evaluating architectural decisions on escalation and operational issues.
• Assisting client’s IT management by evaluating client’s security policies and conditions.
• Participating in client’s CAB meetings together with NTT SDM/GIOC Service Desk and assisting client’s IT management to approve various change requests.
• Client ITSM PPM ticket creation / approver for requesters
• Evaluating architectural decisions on escalation and operational issues.
• Providing various documents in the scope of this SOW to assist with compliance activities related to the network tower. (Documents include items like Operations Manual, inventory list, operations activities, and network diagrams).
Low Priority
• Supporting Client access to the NTT Service Portal.
• Evaluating third-party carrier connections, quotation review, and supporting contract/order process.
• Managing upgrade/downgrade of Client network tower environment and termination contract/order together with the NTT third-party carrier management team in the scope of this SOW.
• Supporting network operations tower gear/license/certificate procurement activity.
• Coordinating with client’s contracted cabling companies for major cabling work at DCs, may assist on-site simple cable work at NY site, support with ISC to dispatch on-demand Field Engineering with client’s IT mgt approval.
• Confirming maintenance activities by client’s third-party carriers/vendors and update ISC team with NTT Ops/third party carrier management team.
• Hands on Technical manager with project management skill set.
• Project management / ITIL certifications is a plus.
• Video Conferencing System Operational Support at client’s Melville Data Centre Site for client’s executive members’ conference use. NTT TM will remain as a backup while client provides a primary assistant
