Description

Handling low complexity incidents and Service requests, including Industrial network devices.

Perform basic troubleshooting like ping, DNS lookup, and trace route on Network Devices

Perform visual checks for hardware failure lights or console error messages, power status and hardware labels wherever.

Patching cable installation and troubleshooting

Installing power leads

Updating knowledge base

Escorting third party vendors wherever contractor is supplying support

Conducting walkthroughs, Floor sweeping and physical verification of connectivity

Attending Safety training and report incidents

Console into network devices, including routers, switches, gateways, etc

Identify a switch port location

Identify WAP connectivity status

Basic Copper Cable troubleshooting

Install, remove, or swap equipment

Effectively manage work queue

Adhere to Company change management and BCP/DR Procedures

Medium complexity Incidents and Service requests

Perform MACD (move, add, change, delete) activities for end user LAN and voice devices

Provide daily report of activities
