Position description:
- Duty requires the ability to perform field duties, on-call rotation, ask probing questions, work independently and collaboratively, use good judgement, critical thinking, verbal/written communications, and must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Administering systems, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, maintaining, and monitoring the wired and wireless infrastructure, access layer, and telephone services, to include voice, voicemail, conference bridge, safety devices, 911 location, call centers, wired and wireless access points and switching, VPN
