Network Technician

Must-Have

Aruba SDWAN, Aruba routing, switching, wireless, Cisco Data networking and Depth Knowledge in Networking (CCNA or CCNP) and Programming, logical thinker, continuous learner

Good-to-Have

Wireless LAN Controller, Aruba SDWAN, HPE ClearPass, communication, interactive, fast learner, understand overview of business

Role Descriptions / Expectations From The Role

1 Network technician who supports store network infrastructure for retail customer across globe.

2 Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting router, switch, firewall, access point, Data center network devices and handle/improve the Network Implementation and Operations using Automation

3 Experience in any (Cisco, Aruba) Wireless Access point and Wireless LAN controller, Site Survey. Time saving, cost saving, manual effort reduction, collaborative work with other teams

4 Experience in IP Address Management tools like Blue cat/ Solar Winds/Windows

5 Troubleshooting Wi-Fi related issues (added advantage- Knowledge on wireless cloud infrastructure)

6 Handling Authentication servers. AAA, Radius, Tacacs

7 Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
