Job Description:

CPE Testing and Troubleshooting

Experience with testing Router gateway
Experience with Network concepts for LAN connectivity (NAT/DHCP/DNS/DMZ)
Good Understanding of Routing and switching technologies
Experience testing and troubleshooting gateway wireless technologies - 802.11ac/ax
Understanding of wireless network Mesh technology for coverage
Basic working knowledge of linux
Troubleshoot and reproduce bugs/issues with CPE setups (Internal, Vendor or Customer Issues)
Report and triage bugs with vendors

Customer Support

Test and support CPE firmware rollout to production environment
Help troubleshoot install and setup issues in the field
Field issue HW debug and log collection with pcap
