Job Description :

• Hands-on experience with Avaya Communication Manager / Cisco / Zoom/Voice Mail Applications
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Avaya / Cisco
• Ability to work closely with business and technology counterparts to understand enterprise objectives.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare operating instructions and procedures
• Working with different Telecom Service providers and OEM vendors
• Work on MDF/IDF cabling and patching for legacy digital and analog phones for Avaya systems.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve telephony issues.
• Day-to-day operations tasks, incident management, and MI:
o Monitor and manage daily operations of Avaya systems.
o Respond to and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
o Generate and analyze management information reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
