New Product Innovation Engineer

About the role:

Day to Day:

Collaboration with Design Teams:

Work closely with design engineers to understand the product specifications and requirements

Provide feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM) and suggest improvements to enhance the assembly process

Qualifications:

Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in NPI engineering, preferably in the drone or aerospace industry

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques

Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
