Must-Have**

Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and backed)

Need to have strong knowledge in performing baseline analyze using Nexthink telemetry data for environment gaps.

Able to provide roadmap to constantly improve the over Digital Experience Score

Able to create custom Dashboards, investigations, Alert and Monitors the trend.

Creation of custom Remote actions must use Nexthink PowerShell scripting standards.

Sound knowledge in PowerShell script with error handling for creating custom remote actions in Nexthink.

Sound knowledge in troubleshooting windows Operating system issues and basic in MAC OS

Good-to-Have

Knowledge in Supporting and troubleshooting the Nexthink components.

Knowledge in Database and SQL stored procedures

Working knowledge in Windows and Mac platform
