  • 5+ years of experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution.
  • In Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions.
  • NICE Studio Certified.
  • Knowledge of designing and development of strategies including SDLC, Agile, JIRA & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio.
  • Telecom knowledge including cradle to grave call delivery as well as IVR call flow coding.
  • Ability to work on creating and writing APIs, some custom scripting.
  • Good knowledge in writing SQL scripts.
  • Skills in Tools like, In-Contact Softphones(Max), Salesforce Integrations, In-Contact Call back tools, and supporting Quality Management and/or Speech Analytics.
  • Expertise in resolving issues and bug fixing.
  • Ability to articulate design to customers.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
