OBIA (Oracle Business Intelligence) architect

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Application Architect with extensive experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and configuration for Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Resources (HR) analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions using Oracle technologies, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

• Design and develop robust, scalable BI Apps architecture using Oracle BI tools, focusing on Finance, SCM, and HR analytics.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to BI architecture and processes.

Development & Implementation:

• Lead the development and deployment of BI Apps solutions, including data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and configure ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to integrate data from various sources.
• Configure and migrate Oracle BI Apps to a target environment
• Customize and configure oracle BI applications to meet the specific needs of Finance, SCM, and HR departments.
• Migrate Load plan and test it in new environment
• Configure or migrate  BIACM component from one environment to another

Data Management:

• Design and implement data models, schemas, and databases to support BI solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all BI platforms.
• Optimize data flows and processes for efficiency and performance.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BI developers and analysts.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the value of BI solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle BI tools and technologies.
• Identify and implement best practices for BI development and deployment.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in BI development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle BI tools.
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing BI solutions for Finance, SCM, and HR analytics.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Oracle BI Application tools, including Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL,ODI and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
