Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience in Incident Management tools like Service Now

Good understanding of ORMB and Reporting

Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Based Reporting

Hands on experience on ORMB technical and functional issues.

Working experience in BI Publisher

Working experience to write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms.

Experience Required

 

  • 3+ year experience in relevant technology

     

Responsibility

Setting up accounts in ORMB and configuring accounts as per business requirement.

Adding and updating new Price Items.

Group Section remapping.

Updating pricing rule deletion and policy start/end date.

Managing production releases and deployments.

Holding and releasing batch jobs.

Verification of account transition to ORMB.

Verification/implementation CTASKS that are assigned to team.

Deep understanding of ORMB and its concepts.

In-depth knowledge of functional ORMB.

Understand how an account is setup and configuration details in ORMB.

Incident analysis and resolution.
