Role: Observability/SRE Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)

Job Description/Responsibilities
• Observability service experience of dotcom site using AppDynamics, Elastic Search/ELK/Kibana, AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, Azure Performance Insight etc.
• Site Reliability Engineering, MTTD, MTTR, FMEA Analysis, Chaos engineering, Regional failover, Autoscaling, Auto failover etc.
• Optimizing the AWS microservices, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, Redis, CPU and Memory usage etc.
• Client-side Analysis, Core Web Vitals, Optimization of web resources, Scroll depth, web performances, SEO metrics etc., Optimization of Rest API/SOAP performance and Data analysis.
• Create Monitoring dashboard using AppDynamics, Kibana/ELK, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana etc.
• Optimizing the Pivotal cloud foundry resources, CPU and memory usages.
• Wish to have Catch point experiences, Relic APM tool experience
