Implement and manage cloud security policies, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection.
Perform routine audits and assessments of cloud environments to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE ADMINISTRATION
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
Develop, manage, and optimize Oracle EBS databases, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, and archiving.
Apply patches, perform upgrades, and ensure the EBS environment is up to date with the latest releases and security updates.
Work closely with MIS- Business Process team for business process documentation, script creation, and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS applications and databases.
COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT:
Function as the liaison to the various support groups with whom the systems management team interfaces.
Work closely with various departments, including applications, business process, infrastructure, user support, and security as needed to ensure seamless integration and operation of Oracle systems.
Provide support to end-users and stakeholders, addressing issues and inquiries related to Oracle EBS and OCI.
Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Identify, approve, and prioritize team projects.
