Key Responsibility

• Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions to complex organizational challenges with deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.  
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes. 
• Collaborate with leadership to define organizational goals and develop strategic plans. 
• Conduct in-depth assessments of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. 
• Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions. 
• Oversee the implementation of projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Lead organizational change efforts, managing stakeholder expectations and minimizing disruptions. 
• Foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. 
• Disseminate industry best practices and thought leadership. 

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting or a related role, demonstrating a deep understanding of business operations and strategic planning. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and develop practical solutions. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. 
• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and leading cross-functional teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. 
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices. 

Education

Advanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field
