Description

Responsibilities:

Must have SAP Implementation experience.
Collaborate with senior OCM analysts to assess organizational change needs and develop strategies to support implementation within the pharmaceutical domain.
Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with organizational changes.
Support the development and execution of communication plans to ensure effective dissemination of information related to changes within the pharmaceutical environment.
Utilize data analysis techniques to track and measure the success of change management initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide OCM expertise to support the successful implementation of projects within the pharmaceutical sector.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience or internship in organizational change management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices is preferred.
