We are looking for a skilled IBM ODM Developer to join our team! If you have experience working with IBM Operational Decision Manager and are passionate about developing high-performance decision management solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As an IBM ODM Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining decision management applications, including business rule management, decision tables, and event-driven processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain IBM ODM applications.
Design and implement business rules, decision tables, and rule flows.
Troubleshoot and support existing ODM applications in production.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ODM solutions with other platforms.
Follow agile practices to deliver solutions in a collaborative environment.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Strong experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM), including Rule Execution Server and Decision Center.
Experience with business rule authoring, management, and optimization.
Knowledge of event-driven processing and system integrations.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Exposure to BPM and DevOps is a plus.
