A Few Office Administrative Duties Are

 

  • Answering calls from clients, vendors and company personnel
  • Scheduling Tech teams for on site installations
  • Maintain records and files including document scanning
  • Update key information in software system

Schedule: 6:30am-2:30 pm Monday - Friday

Office Administrator Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2 years in a previous clerical role
  • Knowledgeable of MS, Word, Excel
  • Experience multitasking in a fast paced office
  • Detail oriented and self managed

     

Pay: $20 an hour
