Work closely with HR on all IT and office administrative requirements; Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary; Coordinating office activities and operations as required
Complete background verification checks from 3rd party vendors for ex-staff
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that relevant IT hardware (laptops/desktops) are available and IT accounts set up for new employees & Assist employees with their IT needs, like setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords
To undertake any other task/duty/assignment that may be given.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1years experience in Office support
Diploma or Equivalent with intermediate IT knowledge
Collaborative team player who is prepared to be hands on
Excellent organization/prioritization skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and use discretion with confidential information
Familiarity with technology; High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoints and Drives
