About the Opportunity
As the Office Operations Temp, Workplace Experience, you shape the employee onsite experience.
When our employees get together, it goes well because of your support.
You are the face of the Reston Office, and you are trusted to get things done – from the coffee machine repair to the planning of our onsite events.
You collaborate with our Reston teams and your WX teammates to support leadership priorities and strategies and you ensure our offices are as effective as possible in a hybrid world.

In this role, you will:

  • Office Operations (70%)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Reston Office, working with building engineers and facility vendors to ensure the efficient operation of the space
  • Partner with and assist Client divisions, assisting in space management and large meetings, common space upkeep and policies, and general administrative and building questions
  • Maintain adherence to onsite policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and engaging office environment
  • Provide administrative support and functions to include mail/packages, large meeting setup and breakdown, common space and amenity upkeep, access and security records upkeep
  • Maintain the maintenance of onsite equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues and working with vendors to ensure proper function of the space and its equipment
  • Special Projects (20%)


As directed by the Sr Director, WX, lead projects to include:

  • Documentation of processes and policies
  • Scheduling pickups and shipping items from our Washington Office closure
  • Auditing and updating employee photos from our systems
  • Events and Connection Opportunities (10%)
  • Effectively plan and execute all-office functions and engagement-related events, such as holiday parties and luncheons


About You
You have:

  • A passion for customer service and driving engagement and culture
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills and the proven ability to move forward multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the team
  • Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work well with others
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
