Office Technology Specialists

 
Skills Required:

Minimum 30-40 wpm typing
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical position, preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to learn and follow complex processes and procedures that may not be fully documented.
High degree of accuracy performing repetitive tasks
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as an ability to follow standards.
A high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience, preferred.
Special Qualifications:

Familiar with request process or ticketing system
Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA and/or PCI access management requests
Work Description:

Working with various business areas across Client to analyze their requests for computing hardware, software and/or access to various systems (LAN, Active Directory, Host, UNIX, SAP, etc.)
Assuming ownership of requests and tracking requests to closures
Verifying the work of others
Learn and follow documented processes and procedure steps.
Maintain high degree of accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
