Okta Migration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced individual who can help us reimagine and enhance our current Customer Identity, Customer Authentication and Customer SSO solutions.  We are looking for a Information Security engineer capable of leading others, contributing with hands-on technical engineering skills, and capable of guiding the team in creating top-notch solutions for CIAM in an agile software development environment.
Requirements:
•    Experience with identity technologies such as:  Ping Federate, Auth0, Okta or similar technology
•    Proven track record of building tooling, automation and/or services in multiple languages (e.g. Javascript, Java and/or Go)
•    In-Depth knowledge of how to construct API endpoints.
•    Knowledge of how the Cloud or hosted identity solutions work.
•    Belief that all infrastructure should be deployed as code.
•    Knowledge of modern identity work flows (OIDC/OAuth/SAML) and how to implement them in a large system.
•    Experience consuming and integrating on prem or hybrid cloud to AWS (or similar cloud platform).
•    At least 5 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in an IAM focused role.
•    Must be able to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to management, business and IT sponsors, and technical resources in language that is appropriate for each group. 
•    A mentoring mindset and love to model modern methodologies for unit tests, code review, design documentation, debugging and troubleshooting.
•    Excellent ability to diagnose and troubleshoot accessibility issues.
•    Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as 3rd level support 
Skills and Experience:
•    Cloud Standard Certifications such as, but not limited to: AWS Solution Architect Associate, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Admin Associate, CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+, AWS Solution Architect Professional is preferred.
•    Financial industry experience is a plus. 
•    Agile Development Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
